Unless otherwise stated, all products displayed on this website are guaranteed brand new from the original manufacturer and are fully covered by our returns policy. We may from time to time display some used or nearly new items, these will be clearly marked as such and no guarantee is expressed or implied.
ORDERING FROM US
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. Payment may also be made at this point using our secure online facility. We currently only accept Paypal or cheque as payment. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We can login to the website at anytime and view your order, detailing the products you have ordered.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order. We will send an email of acknowledgment confirming receipt of your order. We recommend you retain this email in case of any queries.
We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
PRICING
All prices are currently free of VAT and are in GBP Sterling. Should we decide to amend this policy, we reserve the right to express the price inclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price. Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website. Our prices and taxes are reviewed periodically and the next review will be on 01/03/12.
SHIPPING
Shipping is free on all items within the UK. We will endeavour to ship your order to the address specified by you on the same day as, and in any case no later than 48 hours from, receiving payment. An email notification will be sent out in the event of any delay beyond our control. We provide First Class post as standard but please allow up to seven days for orders to arrive. Buyers should make reasonable efforts to take delivery of the goods and all arrangements necessary for shipments requiring a signature on delivery.
The bulk of our stock is purchased and arrives wholesale. We may at our discretion break down and repackage certain items in order to minimize the size and weight of that item, allowing us to offer free shipping to customers within the UK. This in no way affects the quality or fitness for purpose of the item. If a buyer is not completely satisfied with the product, they may return it in accordance with our returns policy as set out below.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you must notify us by email at sales@southwestheliparts.co.uk before we have despatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been despatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the terms below.
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within seven (7) days of receipt. You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your posession and we strongly recommend using registered post for your protection. The costs of returning goods, including adequate shipping insurance, shall be borne by you unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged, in which case we will refund the shipping costs. We ask that you retain any proof of postage to assist in the refund. You can return the items to us using our address which can be found above.
IMPORTANT: Before returning any goods, please contact our office in writing so we can advise you further. (address and email can be found above)
Upon cancellation of an order we will give you a full refund within a period not exceeding thirty (30) days, beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was made, of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. We do not charge for restocking or administration costs.
The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: -
(a) in the event that the product has been used or not in original condition
(b) in the case of software, audio or visual products, where the packaging has been unsealed (this does not apply to items found to be faulty)
(c) where the products are magazines
