How can you afford to offer free shipping when other online stores charge for this service?
Most of our stock is purchased and arrives in bulk. We remove any excess packaging and repack certain items in order to reduce the size and weight of that item, thus saving on postal charges. We pass these savings on to the customer.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
Your order will be posted within 24 hours by First Class mail.
Do you offer a refund if I change my mind after purchasing?
Yes, you may cancel your order for any reason within seven days after receiving the item for a full refund. There are no re-stocking or administration charges. See small print for details.
I can't find the item I am looking for. Can you order it for me?
Yes, just let us know which part you need and we will gladly order it for you, or alternatively recommend another store if you require it urgently.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our preferred payment method is Paypal as it is very secure and offers our customers buyer protection. We also accept cheques but payment must clear before goods are shipped. Please contact us if you would like to use this option.
Do you supply other makes of model helicopter spares?
We currently supply only the ALIGN T Rex range of spare parts but hope to include other well known brands in the future.
Is your website store open seven days a week?
Our website can be accessed seven days a week, however no orders will be processed on a Sunday.
Are all your parts genuine ALIGN products?
While we are aware that cheaper foreign imports are available on the internet, we guarantee our products are genuine ALIGN manufactured.
